Hi! I’m Jenna. An avocado-loving, soul-cycling, sneaker-hoarding, fitness instructor + workout junkie living in Jersey City, NJ.
While working as a group fitness instructor in NYC, I realized how completely unique every person’s fitness journey is and how important it is to find a fitness routine that fits your life, and not the other way around. Pop FIT was born out of the simple idea that safe, effective workouts can be done anywhere, any time, and they don’t require a fancy studio or a bunch of equipment!
So, why a blog?
Pop FIT has allowed me to connect with so many amazing Jersey City residents, community organizations, and wellness-oriented businesses. This is my place to share all of my workout adventures, highlight some pretty cool local people and places + show you endless skyline pics (has anyone ever told you the best views in NYC are in New Jersey?)
When I’m not training my clients, working out myself or sleeping (my favorite thing), I like to replenish all of my hard-burned calories by eating my way through Jersey City & NYC, drinking wine (preferably on a patio and/or rooftop), shopping, and hanging out with my dog/sidekick, Duke.
