In-Home Private Training

I offer personalized, in-home training sessions for individuals or small groups in Jersey City and surrounding areas. I specialize in low-impact strength training based on the principles and techniques of Pilates and Barre fitness to build long, lean muscles, increase flexibility, and tone the entire body. I come to you, provide all the necessary equipment, and provide a full-body work out designed just for you, on your time. No gyms, no crowded group classes. Just you, me, and some serious muscle burn!

For those looking for even more flexibility, I offer a hybrid training model that combines personalized workouts, online resources, and regular check-ins with me to help keep you on track. You can customize this program to work for you by completing the workouts when and where you want, adding on in-person private training sessions, and setting weekly goals to help keep you motivated.
